Gary Freeman, Director and President & CEO

Mr. Freeman is a Vancouver based entrepreneur and financier who has held a number of executive positions and been instrumental in financing, marketing and shareholder relations' capacities with several junior exploration companies. Mr. Freeman has over 23 years of valuable experience in the industry, including a number of years in the Brokerage industry. Prior to accepting a commitment to Pediment, Mr. Freeman successfully prepared Wealth Minerals Ltd. for development into an established junior exploration company.

 
Melvin Herdrick, Director and VP Exploration

Mr. Herdrick is the Hermosillo based geologist and principal of Minera Pitalla SA de CV, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Pediment. Mr. Herdrick had a distinguished career with Phelps Dodge, including a long tenure as the head of exploration for Mexico. He formed Pitalla in order to pursue the acquisition and exploration of a number of projects in northwest Mexico, based on his conviction that this region has the potential to host very large gold, silver and copper deposits which could be discovered by applying modern exploration methods that have not been widely used in the region, particularly in areas obscured by thin pediment cover.

 
John Seaman, CFO

Mr. Seaman is also Chief Financial Officer of Premier Gold Mines Limited. From 1992 to 2008, he served as Controller for Apex Investigation & Security Inc. and currently serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Seaman serves as an independent director of several TSXV listed companies, including Valor Ventures Inc., Skybridge Development Corp., Galena Capital Corp. and MBMI Resources Inc. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Seaman also served as Chief Financial Officer of Wolfden Resources Inc. Mr. Seaman received a Bachelor of Education degree from Lakehead University in April 1993 and a Bachelor of Science degree in April 1990.

 
Scott Kelly, VP of Finance

Mr. Kelly received his Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University in 2001. Upon graduation he worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP in the audit services department and is currently working towards obtaining his CGA designation. Mr. Kelly has 5+ years of professional experience in the mining and exploration industry and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer with two other natural resource companies, in addition to his role with Pediment Gold Corp.

 
Alberto Orozco, COO & Geologist, Compañía Minera Pitalla

Mr. Orozco is based in Hermosillo and acts as a liaison between the head office in Canada and the exploration office in Mexico . Mr. Orozco obtained his Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Sonora , working in conjunction with Saint Mary's University of Halifax, Nova Scotia. His professional experience includes working for Exploraciones Peñoles and more recently, Linear Gold Corp, where his activities included communication and supervision of the project staff in Mexico, as well as compilation and interpretation of geological data.

 
Peter Mordaunt, Director

Mr. Mordaunt is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with over 25 years of experience in mining, mine development and advanced exploration, including 18 years of experience in Mexico. Mr. Mordaunt recently retired in January 2010 from his role as Chairman and CEO of Stingray Copper Inc., which he founded, managed and merged with Mercator Minerals Ltd. in December 2009. Previously he founded, managed and merged Corner Bay Silver Inc. with Pan American Silver Inc in 2003. Mr. Mordaunt's business skills have been focused on advanced project development leading to bankable feasibility studies, finance, mergers and acquisitions for more than 20 years. Mr. Mordaunt graduated from the University of Guelph in 1984. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and has the Professional Certification as ICD.D which is recognized both nationally and internationally.

 
William A. Faust, Director

Mr. Faust has over 28 years of engineering and management experience, including over 10 year of mine development and operations in Mexico. Mr. Faust currently serves as Chief Operations Officer and Senior VP for Crystallex International Corporation. Previously he served as VP Operations for Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd. which was acquired by US Gold Corporation in March 2007 and as VP Operations for Corner Bay Silver which was acquired by Pan American Silver in 2003. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Faust was VP Operations for Eldoraldo Gold after initially serving as General Manager for the La Colorada Mine, which is now a project owned by Pediment. Mr. Faust is a Registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico, and holds an MBA Finance, Management from Western New Mexico University, a BS, Mining Engineering from New Mexico Tech, and a BS, Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.

 
Michael H. Halvorson, Director

Mr. Halvorson is a financial consultant and President of Halcorp Capital Ltd., a private investment and consulting company since 1980. He was a stock broker from 1967 to 1974, and marketed syndicated real estate from 1974 to 1979. In addition to his directorship with Pediment Gold Corp, he is a director of several other public-traded natural resource companies including Strathmore Minerals Corp. and Orezone Resources Inc. Mr. Halvorson has many years of experience in the Exploration Industry and adds tremendous value to Pediment's Board.

 
Leonard Harris, Director

Mr. Harris is currently on the Board of Directors for Alamos Gold Inc., Aztec Metals Corp., Canarc Resource Corp., Cardero Resource Corp., Castle Gold Corporation, Endeavour Silver Corp., Golden Arrow Resources Corporation, Indico Resources Limited, IMA Exploration Inc., Solitario Exploration & Royalty Corp., and Sulliden Exploration Inc. His experience in the mining industry spans over 50 years across all continents. Mr. Harris has held a number of prominent positions with major gold companies in Latin America and has also chaired industry standards organizations such as the Mining Task Force of the Chamber of the Americas and the International Committee of the SME. Mr. Harris has been honored with a number of awards including the Gold Medal from the Mining & Metallurgical Society of America, the Medal of Merit from the American Hall of Fame and Engineer of the Year award from the Peruvian Society of Engineers.

 
Chris Theodoropoulos, Director

Mr. Theodoropoulos received his civil law degree (BCL) in 1981 and his common law degree (LLB) in 1982, both from McGill University. For the past 23 years he has practiced principally in the fields of corporate, securities, mining and commercial law involving publicly traded companies and as a principal of a privately held mining and exploration company. He has acted as chairman of a number of public companies and as vice-president and general counsel of a publicly traded engineering and construction firm. Mr. Theodoropoulos has held a number of directorships in public companies involved in the mining and technology sectors. Currently he is the Chairman of Africo Resources Ltd.

 
Larry Okada, Director

Mr. Okada is currently the Chief Financial Officer for BCGold Corp., and has been involved with numerous public mining companies over the past 32 years. Mr. Okada is a Chartered Accountant in British Columbia and Alberta as well as a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State. Mr. Okada has been in public practice with Deloitte & Touche, his own firm and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP over the past 35 years. He sits on various committees with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
